Floor heating system installation in new construction

Schlüter-Systems offers two convincing solutions for water-based floor heating systems in various assembly heights for your new construction project:

  • Schlüter-BEKOTEC-EN
  • Schlüter-BEKOTEC-F

Our covering assemblies are particularly quick to install and can support significant weight - many car dealerships and exhibit spaces make use of thin-layer BEKOTEC assemblies.

In both product variants of our floor heating system, a quickly and easily installed studded panel forms the basis for a thin screed. The panel also accommodates the heating pipes of your surface heating system, which are simply snapped in between the studs. If desired, an insulation layer can be installed below the heated surface.

Select your desired assembly height: 52 mm or 31 mm?

  • Schlüter®-BEKOTEC-EN

The total assembly height of Schlüter-BEKOTEC-EN, including the screed that must cover the studded panel by just 8 mm, is 52 mm.

  • Schlüter®-BEKOTEC-F

Schlüter-BEKOTEC-F shaves another 21 mm off this thickness and comes in at a total assembly height of only 31 mm.

Save construction time and move into your new home up to 6 weeks earlier!

Thanks to the patented construction of our floor heating systems, there is usually no need to wait for the screed to cure or for the so-called "functional heating". BEKOTEC-THERM not only saves up to six weeks of construction time, but also trims excessive heating costs because you have opted for a sustainable heating method.

Are you planning to retrofit a floor heating system? Not a problem. Our heating systems are easy to install in existing structures as part of restoration projects. There is no need to install bulky radiators along the walls, which saves you space, time and above all, lots of money.

The first choice for renewable energy sources

Modern energy generators for heating and cooling buildings make economic use of regenerative energy sources (such as ambient heat and solar energy). Heating systems with minimal supply temperatures, such as BEKOTEC-THERM, have the largest energy and cost savings potential. The Schlüter ceramic thermal comfort floor offers ideal conditions for utilising heat pumps, solar technology and condensed boilers.
