The profile of linear drainage

Many classic designs owe their success to the concept of "Less is more". The true strength of these products is their focus on function, without ornamental accessories.

From that perspective, KERDI-LINE-VARIO is destined to become a classic. The profiles only have a single purpose – to channel the water where it belongs.

Our profiles offer a number of design choices:

• and for the latter, eight different TRENDLINE finishes.

The design drainage profile can be cut to size with millimetre precision

KERDI-LINE-VARIO

Our COVE and WAVE drainage profiles in both lengths (120 cm and 180 cm) can be cut to size with millimetre precision.

Use the cutting gauge included in the set to quickly cut the profile to size with a handsaw to precisely match the conditions at the construction site.

The two supplied end caps create a neat, visually appealing finish.

You can also adjust the profile installation height to the thickness of the floor covering by using tile adhesive.

Convincing design: Our Schlüter-KERDI-LINE-VARIO system has been recognised with the renowned Red Dot Award for Product Design in 2021 in the Bathroom and Sanitary Equipment category. The award went to the combination of the KERDI-LINE-VARIO-H drain with the WAVE drainage profile.

Our highly efficient wave shaped drain has been combined with a new drain adapter and an integrated waterproofing collar. Together with our precisely fitting design profiles, you can create flexible linear drainage in floor level showers with unobtrusive drainage channels.

The drain set comprises a rotatable drain body and a drain adapter.

The horizontal KERDI-LINE-VARIO-H drain unit comprises a drain body and a drain adapter.

The drain body consists of a wave-shaped drain that is rotatable by 360° and has a built-in odour trap.

The drain adapter with integrated Schlüter®-KERDI-FLEX collar comes fully inserted into the sealed wave shaped drain and is secured with a clamping ring.

The wave shaped drain can be rotated by 360° by loosening the clamping ring, which makes the linear drainage adaptable to any connection configuration in the existing building.

Drain body with built-in odour trap and efficient wave shaped drain

The universal linear drainage system KERDI-LINE-VARIO can be installed in an intermediate position or against a wall.

The wave shaped design achieves a high flow rate within the floor drain, which results in a self-cleaning effect.

The hair trap Schlüter®-KERDI-LINE-VARIO-S is an especially useful accessory.

KERDI-LINE-VARIO comes with matching accessories to eliminate all installation worries. A frame extension for use with thicker tile coverings is available in two different widths. A matching hair trap can also be ordered for the WAVE 42 profile series. 

Speaking of "great fit": All products of the KERDI-LINE-VARIO sets H40 and H50 are a perfectly coordinated match. They not only contain a drain adapter and an elasticated waterproofing collar, but also come with a helpful sound insulation component.
